Network for Attraction and Retention of International Talent
The network meets three to four times a year and serves as a strategic platform for cross-sector collaboration, knowledge sharing and dialogue. Members exchange experiences and best practices, discuss current challenges and solutions related to attracting, welcoming and retaining international talent, and identify opportunities for stronger collaboration across sectors. The network also provides a forum for raising shared challenges to relevant decision-makers and contributes to the continuous development of services and initiatives for international citizens in the City of Copenhagen and among the participating organisations.
Founded in June 2013, International House Copenhagen specialises in welcoming and retaining international talent. Each year, International House Copenhagen welcomes around 35,000 international citizens who come to Denmark to work, study or join accompanying family members.
