Volunteer Night 2024

Would you like to make new friends, gain work experience and practise your Danish skills while at the same time having a great time? Here is your chance!

Though financial benefit is not one of them, volunteering can still deliver a wealth of benefits. Self-worth, great fun and new friendships together with an opportunity to develop new skills, gain work experience and potential job opportunities are just some of the many returns. Making a difference in someone’s life or within your community makes volunteering a highly satisfactory and rewarding experience for most people.

International House Copenhagen provides you with the opportunity to get involved in your local community. At Volunteer Night 2024 - taking place in collaboration with Studenterhuset though you do not need to be a student to attend - you will learn about the countless benefits of volunteering and meet a broad range of organisations offering attractive volunteer positions in Copenhagen.

Please note that the event is free and open to everyone. Doors open at 16.45 with a free drink ticket to the first 50 guests - so make sure to be an early bird and feel free to bring your friends. Ses vi?

Follow International House Copenhagen on Facebook for more updates!

Who can I meet?

A total of 15 exciting organisations look forward to meeting you at Volunteer Night 2024. They all offer attractive volunteer positions in Copenhagen, which you can learn more about at the event.

There will be inspiring presentations from Kulturens Frivillige and Snakkeklubber after which the fair officially opens, inviting you to mix and mingle with both the organisations but also with fellow internationals looking for volunteer work.
