International Café: How Cultures Talk

Join us for a cozy afternoon where we’ll explore how culture shapes the way we communicate, make decisions, and build trust at work and in our everyday life.

Through a simple tool, you’ll have a chance to reflect on your own cultural profile and compare it with how things are typically seen in Denmark and other countries.

But more importantly, this café is about connecting with others, sharing experiences, and finding inspiration in how differently or similarly we see the world.

About the project

Meet the International Ambassadors of Ørestad, a group of 8 volunteer ambassadors – both internationals and Danes – brought together by shared belief in community, inclusion, and the power of meaningful connection.

Together with the Copenhagen City Administration, team is creating welcoming spaces where newcomers and long-time residents can meet, talk, and grow together. Whether you’re new to Denmark or simply looking to expand your social circle, our events are open to everyone.
