International Café – by Welcome Ambassadors

We’re happy to invite you to the next International Café in Ørestad – a welcoming space for newcomers, long-time residents, and anyone looking to connect and feel more at home in the city.

The theme for the June café is: “Gardening in Ørestad”

We’ll meet Jann Kuusisaari, who is in charge of “Metrohaverne” – the metro gardens. He’ll explain more about the project that has been going on for some time, and if possible, we are going to plant something in the garden boxes.

We’ll meet at 17.00 hours in front of Ørestad library. After the tour we will spend some more time together in Library. 

Hope to see many potential gardeners and those who love green spaces.

About the project

Meet the International Ambassadors of Ørestad, a group of 12 volunteer ambassadors – both internationals and Danes – brought together by the shared belief in community, inclusion, and the power of meaningful connections.
